The Global South does not fix the smallholder's problems one at a time. It rebuilds the whole chain around the farmer from first principles.

A smallholder farmer never had just one problem to solve.

Seed, advice, and a buyer each ran through a different broken chain, so DeHaat rebuilt the whole thing from first principles: inputs, AI crop advice for more than 30 crops in regional languages, and market access, all on one platform reaching around 1.8 million farmers through some 11,000 local centres and 500 farmer producer organisations.

The decision that mattered: solve the farm as one system, not one service at a time.
